I get a lot of questions about these sunglasses so I wanted to share some links! I think they look pretty close to the YSL heart sunglasses but for so much less. They’re usually around $10 and you can find them online at Walmart or Amazon. I have them in pink and white with plastic frames and the quality is good! They’re also available with metal frames if you want a slightly different vibe. Sharing some links below!
Sofía Jeans
Becoming a new mom means lots of body changes and fluctuations in size and shape. This can be a hard adjustment. If, like me, you’re looking for a new favorite pair of jeans, want them to fit perfectly, and don’t want to break the bank, you MUST check out these jeans I’m wearing here. The style is called “Rosa.”
They’re from the new collection, Sofía Jeans by Sofía Vergara. It’s available exclusively online at walmart.com (with free 2-day shipping on orders over $35 and free returns!) First of all, these jeans are under $25. The quality is great, which is probably why many of the styles are already selling out.
I tried two denim styles: Rosa and Veronica. The “Veronica” jeans have a straighter cut with minimal stretch (99% cotton, which I normally love.) But at my current size, they were still a little too tight on my hips. Size up on those to be safe! The “Rosa” jeans (pictured in this outfit) have a high rise and lots more give. They ended up being a perfect fit. Stretchy jeans just make more sense these days. I’m always bending and contorting myself this way and that with a baby in my arms, phew! The higher rise feels so supportive.
Most importantly, the Rosa jeans have a contoured waist and curvy fit. If you struggle with jeans that fit everywhere but end up loose on the waist in the back, I think you’ll love these! The jeans available in sizes 0-20. The rest of the collection, which includes this flirty faux wrap top, is available in xs-xxxl. See more of the look book here!

Dreamy
In partnership with Nordstrom
Since it’s Valentine’s Day, I figure this is a good time to share these outfit photos. It’s no secret that I love these creamy pink tones. It’s not the sweetness I’m drawn to, but the softness and dreaminess of pink. It evokes a certain version of femininity, I guess. But pink can also be powerful; blush can be boss. Think of the super chic monochromatic pastels at Mansur Gavriel. These are pieces from the Atlantic Pacific x Nordstrom collaboration (long sold out, sorry.) I really wanted to pull this together because it’s the sort of outfit we see in magazines, but never see styled on someone who looks like me (or us–dear reader–if you happen to feel the same.)
In the spirit of love, here are a few things I’ve loving this month:
– Green smoothies. Handful frozen spinach, handful frozen blueberries, scoop of protein powder, 1.5 cups almond milk, teaspoon honey. I’ve had one almost every morning since scoring a Vitamix Blender on sale.
– This SHAPE activewear sweatshirt. It’s sooo cozy. My favorite thing to wear when running a quick errand.
– Songs about love. And weekends. These are some of my favorites for chill weekend mornings, while making a cup of tea and having breakfast with my family.
– My favorite, never-found-one-better, natural lip balm from 100% Pure.
– The February issue of IN STYLE featuring Melissa McCarthy in Marc Jacobs.
– This excellent long read by Arundhati Roy in Boston Review, “How to Think About Empire” which synthesizes so much about the current political climate.
Hope you have a lovely Valentine’s Day! xoxoxoxo

Starry Night
In collaboration with eBay
Everyone knows that feeling where you find an amazing dress or coat or pair of shoes and they sell out before you can buy. It’s like the opposite of buyer’s remorse, right? Well I spent most of this year pregnant and that meant I missed out on lot of clothes that were decidedly not baby bump friendly. But as always, when I really want to track something down, eBay is there.
This dress is by Premme, one of the most exciting plus-size brands available, led by the ever-inspiring duo of Gabi Gregg and Nicolette Mason. Of course, this amazing dress sold out. But I was SO lucky to find it on eBay. The perfect party dress!
Let’s talk about holiday and New Year’s Eve dressing! You can’t go wrong with silky fabrics, shimmer and sequins, midi cuts, and sheer details. This year, I’m loving dresses that feel romantic, but also a little daring.
In addition to finding treasures on eBay, I also love them for having so many great deals. Whether you like to bid or buy-it-now, I almost always save compared to retail.
I compiled this list of 15 holiday dresses, all of which caused me to do a double-take. Be sure to add eBay to your holiday shopping if you haven’t already!
