Best of Fatshionable—#3 Tough/Delicate

This is the first installment (of three posts) for my favorite things. In a way, it’s a best of 2009 but it’s also a list of my top three current fashion obsessions. I wanted to keep it fun by showing at least one new item in each post—I didn’t want to just link back to old posts. At the end of this series of posts, I will be having a giveaway! So check back.

One style I loved wearing this past year was a mixture of tough and delicate pieces. Here is my Rodarte for Target slip dress. I ventured out to San Francisco in the rain during the limited release for it. I know this range got some bad reviews but I love this dress! It fits me as a 16/18 though the size listed was XL. I’m not sure I would wear it alone but it is fantastic as a layer. I love the lace and tulle against the biker jacket and lace up boots. Sweet, but with an edge.
