Night Sky

Hello everyone! Here are a few shots of my outfit tonight. In putting together an outfit I knew I would post, I felt compelled to share my new Dorothy Perkins tights, which are so much fun! I wanted to balance the tights with more demure pieces—mainly my jacket and bag. This new pink bag is a blatant Chanel “inspiration” I found at Asos. It is so soft and cute though, I love it! It was so inexpensive ($15) I could not resist. I’m tempted to get the gold one too.

My favorite part of the outfit is this exquisite satin jacket by Ellen Tracy. The pictures do it no justice! It feels amazing and is expertly constructed, as is always the case with Ellen Tracy (which has a range up to size 18 in addition to a plus range). Finally this Jones New York skirt has pleating in the back, which I always love in a pencil skirt. I like this look because I’m always looking for different ways I can wear a basic pencil skirt—certainly a wardrobe essential!
