Makeup Post
Sometimes I get emails about makeup. Are you interested in more makeup posts? I do love makeup and I think of it as important part of my outfits. Here is the kind of makeup I wear for a night when I am likely to have my picture taken.
I love Makeup Forever HD Foundation because it leaves my face looking smooth and flawless. It’s a bit much for day (for me) but so perfect for night. It’s supposed to photograph well and have that “soft focus” effect which is nice.
I love a soft pink blush! Here I’m wearing MAC Pink Swoon blush, it’s such a perfect baby pink. For highlight (looks so good in pictures w/ flash), I love MAC mineralized skinfinishes. This one is called Blonde, it’s a silvery pink. This was limited edition, but your local MAC might have some. Otherwise, try ebay. I like to put it on the cheek and up toward the temples in a swooping motion.
For a little intensity around the eyes I love MAC Penultimate liner. This liner makes it super easy to do cat eyes too. Finally, if I’m going to be eating/drinking, I like to keep to a pale lip. Here I’m wearing Revlon Pink Pout lipstick, which is so cheap and so perfect. Add a little clear gloss.
