Velvet Dream
I’m in love with these velvet platform sandals from Topshop. They’re super bright and rich pink with purple ribbon ties—perfect. I love these shades against grey. Sunset & Stripes
This was my outfit for a party last night. After I saw how gorgeous this dress looked on xtina, I had to have it. I love the stripes against these snakeskin Helmut Lang heels. I think so. cal sunsets are beautiful, and you can see a bit of one in the honeyed look of these photos taken outside. xoxo

Carrie Bradshaw in Paris
No matter how you feel about Carrie Bradshaw, there is no denying her fictional closet is the stuff of dreams. The episodes in Paris are perfect and everything I want fashion-wise at the moment. Stripes, sequins, feathers, tulle, embellishments—beautiful.
P.s. Who doesn’t love Carrie in Halston? You can have something similar in this dress from Forever 21, available in plus sizes....
