This post is brought to you by Old Navy.
Old Navy is one of my go-tos for workout wear and their yoga pants in particular have served me as lounge pants, maternity pants, and yes, even as actual yoga pants. That’s why I was so excited to style a few different activewear looks for Old Navy.
For me, getting cute activewear was a crucial step in getting active. It just got me in a sporty mindset. Plus, activewear is functional fashion. You’re looking for clothes that can perform.
For light yoga I look for soft fabrics and cute leggings. This super soft “Motivated” tank is a favorite. Old Navy has so many printed leggings too. For more intense yoga and training I look for moisture-wicking fabrics and cuts that stay close to the body while I’m in an inversion. These yoga pants are one of my essentials. When training, I like a little motivation–one big reason I like this STORNG sports bra. I also have this tank which has a similar vibe.
Cooldown is super important no matter what you’re doing so always pack a jacket that you can wear after leaving the gym. This cozy heather gray zip hoodie has a longer back which helps you feel bundled up. Obsessed with that contrasting trim. This fleece funnel-neck is so soft and warm. Perfect for getting out there on a chilly morning. I really love grey and black with a pop of color.
I always leave the house with a water bottle (mine is by LifeFactory) and my gym bag. January is a great time to add workout clothes to your closet because the Old Navy activewear sale is SO good. Wishing you all a month of resetting and renewal. Happy new year!

You know more people should do collaborations with Old Navy. I think they have the best work out clothes. I have been buying their work out clothes for 3 years now. The compression pants are the best and at half the cost of most of those expensive stores.
I like to have nice clothes for the gym. It just makes me feel better when I go to the gym. And I can wear activewear all day LOL !!
Good Luck and Happy New Year !!!
You look great !!!!!!!!

Yes, their clothes are so cute AND affordable. I’ve been wearing their stuff for years too so I was so excited to work on this. Having nice gym clothes is important to me too. I have zero interest in going out in an old shirt and pair of sweats, you know? If I look sporty and cute, then I can go out and BE sporty and cute. Lol!
Good luck to you too, wishing you an awesome year! xo

I LOVE the “Strong” top – I needs it!! I LOVE Old Navy Active wear because it was one of the first fashionable plus size active wear lines I found, and I’ve been in love ever since.

I absolutely love Old Navy clothes and their workout clothes are really nice! Great job with the collab as always. I am trying to get back into yoga and get REALLY serious about the gym this year so I may have to pick some things up from them 🙂 xo
